At Everleakproof, we make every effort possible to ensure your complete customer satisfaction. If we've fallen short, please follow our simple return and refund policy below.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes and cancellations are accepted within 12 hours from the time your order was placed. If you'd like to modify or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@everleakproof.com.

Please note that after 12 hours, your order has likely already left our warehouse and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Exchanges & Replacements

If you're not entirely satisfied with an item, in most cases, we can process a free replacement or exchange without requiring you to return the original product.

In order to qualify for a free replacement or exchange:

- It must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.

- It must be the first replacement/exchange of that item.

Please note that free replacements/exchanges are limited to one use per order. Items can be exchanged for the exact same item or another item of equal or lesser value.

To request a replacement or exchange, simply email us at support@everleakproof.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Your first exchange is always 100% free.

Perfect Fit Guarantee

If an item doesn't fit correctly, we will replace it with the correct size for free within 30 days of receipt. Just send us an email with your order information and the new size you need, and we'll ship out a replacement the very next day. There is no need to return the original items. Limited to one use per item.

Returns & Refunds

Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will automatically be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

For security and fraud prevention reasons, we cannot issue refunds via bank transfer, Venmo, or check. Thank you for your understanding.

Eligibility for Return/Refund

In order for an item to be eligible for a return or refund, it must be:

- Unused and in the exact same condition as when you received it.

- In its original packaging.

Responsibility for Shipping Costs

Everleakproof will cover the return shipping costs for products with a manufacturing defect, incorrect items received, or items damaged upon delivery. Simply send us a photo or video of the issue to support@everleakproof.com, and we will process a replacement or provide a return shipping label free of charge. Please make sure to contact us within 30 days of delivery.
