I have been using this product for over a year and like it very much. However, the size and design of these new pants are very wrong. They are very small. I definitely need a bigger size. I had been wearing. X-Large in the older design and they fit pretty well, but these I can’t get on. I wanted the ones that come to my waist. Not mid hip. I need to check the sizes and styles and get something different. I love the product, but not the ones I got. I believe I can get another size and style to replace what I received for no extra cost, at least that was what was advertised. I hope that is true. Cedar Ridge, California

Sorry but this is the size I use. But when I tried it on it was way too small. I didn't know you made them smaller than the size you say it is. Therefore it didn't fit, it's way too small. I would appreciate if you give me my money back. Thank you

The delivery was fine. I’m very dissatisfied with the product I received I had been wearing a dry underwear for some time and I wanted some more . So I ordered 10 pair of a larger size when they arrived they were smaller than the previous briefs. I had ordered extra large and wanted double X briefs. The order I received for 2X briefs were smaller than the extra large I had ordered before . I am very disappointed with the product and will not be ordering again
